To meet the objectives of e-Government, it is assumed that the delivery of government services will share the same public network infrastructure that is being used in the community at large. The Internet is a principal means by which public access to government and government services are achieved. e-Security is the electronic security on the Internet which ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the user data.
