Capacity Building Capacity Building for eGovernance addressing people issue, is one of the key concerns across all Government's. Under the National eGovernance Plan (NeGP) in India the capacity building scheme takes cognizance of the fact that different states are at different levels of maturity and readiness for e-Governance and have different levels of aspiration.
