Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation

In view of the proposed roll out of the ambitious National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) and investing significant amount of money into implementation of e-Governance projects. However, e-Government projects are involving with high risks, the success rate across the world is very low, and the fact that e-Government projects are inherently complex. Then it therefore e-Governance projects require a right tools to assessment, for tracking the physical and financial progress and evaluation methods.
