Request for Proposal

Request for Proposal (RFP) for procurement is to attract competitive proposals from qualified parties, obtain attractive terms that meet procurement objectives and to develop equitable contracts that fairly serve both parties. RFPs are necessary that emphasize measuring vendor performance and presentations rather than technical responses to requirements. Governments are bound by certain procurement policies and procedures enacted from time to time. The request for Proposal is the best-known method of procurement of goods and services used worldwide by the Governments.
