Usually any e-Government project will bring in tremendous change, in terms of processes, people, organizational structures, and use of technologies. This involves a systematic migration from the existing way of doing things to a well-structured way of doing the same. All of a sudden, the connected people are required to perform a different role with altogether different set of tools. Achieving successful change management with e-government requires using both individual and organizational change management approaches.
