The Rajya Sabha Secretariat supports the functioning of this esteemed body, ensuring smooth operations and effective governance.
The comprehensive digital transformation aims to establish a model digital Parliament. This initiative will leverage information and communication technologies to enhance accessibility, transparency, and efficiency, bringing parliamentary activities closer to the public and improving service delivery.
The purpose is to implement a comprehensive digital transformation, transitioning to a less paper and automated environment for its House, committees, and secretariat operations.
The digital transformation shall focus on developing new software, connecting current software & systems, integrating external systems, and implementing Artificial Intelligence/Data Analytics and collaboration platform tools to operate seamlessly on a unified user interface.
The digital transformation aims to deploy state-of-the-art digital technologies, reimagining and streamlining processes to ensure transparency and accountability, and cultivating a digital mindset to boost efficiency, innovation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
